Today is Dominican Independence Day, a great time to celebrate and recognize Dominican culture and all the invaluable contributions Dominicans have made. It is also important that we stand with our Dominican neighbors during these trying times.

On Presidents Day, I co-hosted a shredding and e-cycling event with @Rep_Dougherty and @RepJaredSolomon at Roosevelt Mall. We saw a tremendous turnout of neighbors who stopped by for us to help them safely and securely dispose of unwanted paper documents and electronic devices.
