Republicans promised Americans that the cost of basic necessities would be at an all-time low. They LIED. Families are paying more. In #NY05, the average monthly grocery bill has reached $1,116. Sadly, hardworking families are feeling the strain of this affordability crisis.

Republicans would rather keep DHS shut down than negotiate a bipartisan deal to rein in out of control ICE agents. They know ICE needs oversight but they still won’t support Democrats’ common sense reforms. Taxpayers deserve accountability. Americans deserve better.
