@Ryanair shocking service to east Midlands from Venice yesterday it was like everyone was on work experience. People almost being sick because of the heat no act delayed then made to wait on plane again too hot

Bare in mind I've holidays in at work and needed the refund to buy a new holiday? If I stop one person booking with them it's a job well done on my part
