@JosephKahn Byproduct of established directors pulling the ladder up on the next gen of filmmakers. They already landed a deal with the algorithm that tunnels you to their content. They don’t want to have to prove themselves at the box office all over again. Very similar to politics now

The solution to the theatrical problem is very simple. Extend the time before it goes to streaming. Make it 180 days. 6 months. If you don't watch it in theaters you won't get to see it for a long time. Studios have devalued their product by letting the consumer know there's no urgency. They're going to see it for "free" later. They've cheapened the business into a buffet and violated basic supply and demand.

Not a single one of these celebrities expressed any concerns about the integrity of their industry & media consolidation leading to less competition when Disney was buying a massive chunk of Hollywood — 20th Century Fox, FX, Hulu, National Geographic, Lucasfilm, Pixar, & Marvel — so spare me their fake, politically-driven outrage over the Paramount & Warner Brothers merger.

Elon buying Twitter was not catastrophic for the left, only a temporary setback. Everyone knows that Democrats will win in the end. They will steal the midterms and then they will steal the presidential election. They will pack the Supreme Court. The Democrat president will jail their opposition, including Elon. They will shut down Twitter or go back to censoring it, then go back to flooding the country with foreign criminals. The Republican Party plan is to do absolutely nothing to stop this.

The Left never got over Elon buying X. That wasn’t supposed to happen. The Left’s ideas are so bad and damaging they need total control of information. When Elon bought X they lost that control. People started seeing truth. This is catastrophic for the Left. Simple.
