@Ricky_Tinez In my eyes, if the speed saves me only 10 minutes a day and I only have it for 3 years before I upgrade it saves me the equivalent of 22 8-hr work days in that time frame. Do you have the nano-glass?

Thinking of getting a Mac Studio Ultra and the Studio Display... Upgrading from a 2019 27" iMac. Anyone have experience with either of these? Lots of video editing, music production, photo editing etc.

@bennjordan @venustheory @HermanMiller Which did you get?! Ive been rockin the Setu i got on Craigslist for years now and it’s awesome. I’ve tried other HM chairs since and didn’t vibe with them. The arms on mine get in the way.

Music production is spending $3600 on equipment and then spending $23 on a chair and wondering why your back hurts while refreshing your streaming analytics.

When ppl say there is no rules as far beatmaking goes it is. You following some kind of structure in the learning phase. Then you can start experimenting and bend rules with more understanding.

@telefontelaviv I’ve also had the story of a mastering engineer tell me my music sounded really bad and that I needed to remove all FX for it to be mixed properly. End result was a completely different song..

fair, but i will never, and i mean never, ever let anyone mix my music ever again i made that mistake once recently and i'm sorry there just isn't anyone that's ever gonna mix me better than me
