I cannot speak to a real human and there’s no option to open a case - we’re stuck going round in circles I appreciate the security but this is impossible @Outlook @Microsoft @Office

@Outlook 2nd day of being locked out of email account. Recovery does not allow reset as it now states too many attempts and phone number reset recovery doesn’t now work. Please help.
