After receiving their decision, I provided extensive evidence, including: ✅ O2 mobile bill in my name ✅ Trooli broadband account in my name ✅ IP lookup reports for the flagged IPs ✅ Evidence showing the IPs belong to my own mobile and home internet connections ✅ Additional documentation supporting my explanation Despite providing all requested evidence, I have not received any meaningful response since. At this point, I am making the evidence public so the trading community can review it and decide for themselves. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for transparency, a proper review of the evidence submitted, and a clear explanation as to why a $15,000 payout was refused. The Risk Team needs clarification on how your IP address changed. An email was sent to you, and you have already replied to them. Please be patient; they will respond to you.

Finally, I was responded to by Riskteam, and now they are reviewing my account and we will see whether it will be accepted or not, even though the evidence I have is very strong, and I hope that it will be accepted @igweGFT @RidBears @PropFirmMedia @EdwardXLreal @Haruna_gft

In all those pictures u can see the ip’s are both coming from me one is from my phone internet provider O2 UK and the other one it’s Trooli Uk which is my home internet provider i have sent them contact that i have got with them and the email linked to me and the bill address + O2 bill address with ip

Ok i will but i have already sent them pictures with the ip’s because u can identify them on whatsmyip (google) and the contract of my internet provider and everything man there’s no more evidence than that honestly , but the most frustrating is they don’t reply back to my emails ….
