Called it a power grab. Correct. Trump grabbed America’s own oil back. Gas prices in California are among the highest in the nation. The Iran conflict is squeezing global supply. Oil is over $108 a barrel. California left those platforms dark for a decade. Trump turned them back on.

Some alternative perspective.. this campaign in Iran was never meant to hurt Russia per se. It was meant to impact China, and loosen their grip on the western hemisphere, ditto Venezuela, Cuba, both directly and indirectly etc. Russia doesn’t trust China anymore than we do, and Putin, while needing to play nice in the geographical sandbox, knows that China plays both sides, and side eyes them.. this is why Russia has not intervened in any meaningful way on Iran’s behalf.. if China is getting hurt by Trump‘s policies, Russia is benefiting, and I don’t see that as a negative in the short term

i don’t understand why the left is against voter id while simultaneously saying how it won’t make a difference because people aren’t illegally voting so then pass the law? if the results are the same and it makes no difference, it takes away the talking point
