Family medicine #carms letters will now be according to a rubric. There is a question about if tearfulness has been observed, and lumps it with anger and defensiveness. Being a medical learner is very hard, and this attitude contributes to the toxic culture of #MedEd.

Another ED shift w/ neuro pearls. Had to call code stroke on my last patient of the night. Pearl: dysarthria=motor weakness causing inability to produce words & usually localizes subcortically! Aphasia=impairment of language affecting production of speech and localizes to cortex!
