@EastlinkSupport my tv and internet has been dropping all day. I have called for over a year with the issues we have. Tech was sent out a few months ago and said no problems. Then I call today and they say will send a tech out Friday am. No techs for evenings or weekends.

Hi @EastlinkSupport, I’ve been on hold with you for 44 mins. I’m experiencing my 3rd lengthy internet disruption of 2026. How much longer will I be on hold? If you won’t send someone to fix the problem right away, will you reimburse me for any costs I incur as a result?
