the reality is that it is simple, the percentage of each voter you have should be an attempt to make districts based on that.
The reality is both parties will NEVER do that because it means giving up power and neither side will do it cause today we have an election industrial complex and that election industrial complex demands authoritarianism and combative elections.

this isn't a "sorry charlie". what the result of this will be is hyper polarization until we start to see civil conflict in the streets cause voting is irrelevant.
You don't understand that when people feel they are not heard through their voting, they will resort to violence OR vote for extremism.

Thank you to all the voters who turned out to vote against this egregious power grab. The race was much closer than the left expected because Virginians know a 10-1 map is not Virginia.
