@quidco I purchased my S24 Ultra when the cashback offer was 16 5%, however my cashback has been paid at 3.5% only. I've emailed customer support with no response. I could've just purchased with a voucher code and gotten a better deal. This is ridiculous, please sort this out!

@quidco made two purchases for Samsung phones when you were offering increased cashback rate and only tracked and paid at standard rate, no option on cashback claim form for two purchase at the increased promo rate. How can I contact you to resolve please

@MohsinaMirza3 @quidco First response was standard copy and paste to raise via a claim form despite saying in my email that the form didn't have the options. 2nd email sent and waiting for reply now
