The very cheapest way of eating is nutritious scratch cooking from basic ingredients like whole milk and pork butts, butter, flour, without worrying about "organic" and so forth.
This is much cheaper than eating garbage.

@constans @nicolegelinas Yep. If they go over a certain speed or have too much power (>1000W) they are already automatically considered e-motorcycles and must be registered and licensed with the DMV. In practice I've never seen a ebike with more than 750W (roughly 1 horsepower).

@ChristRobbins @nicolegelinas I've never seen any enforcement. What began as a social justice cause to help delivery workers has turned into a major road hazard. Ebikes are faster and harder to control, therefore more dangerous.

@faustocoppi60 Interestingly, the standard Look cleats have about the same amount of float (4.5 degrees) as the Shimano blue cleats (3.5 degrees). The yellow cleats are 6 degrees.

Today I went back to yellow Shimano cleats after two years on blue ones. Their lifespan was 7500km, not 10000 like the previous pair lol. You guys were right, blue was a bit too tight for me, my legs like a bit of freedom. Still used them until total destruction. 😂 And coincidence or not, today with the new cleats, I set a new PR on my training climb. Great ad for Yellow!
