moving to the $100 plan on claude has been an amazing performance unlock. been shipping since morning non stop.

@pratiknagariya yeah we are working on rewiring the entire process to remove manual tasks. due to personalization steps and details, it needs a lot more planning

You can take automation one step further. Recently, we built a warehouse system where: Orders are fetched automatically. Picklists are created automatically. Tasks are auto-assigned to warehouse associates. Associates use a mobile app to scan SKUs and complete picklists. Packers scan the SKU, see order details instantly, and print shipping labels on demand. Courier partners are integrated, so labels don't need to be printed in advance. The biggest benefit isn't speed. It's independence. Warehouse associates no longer need managerial support to start their day. They don't wait for instructions, task allocation, or supervision. They walk into the warehouse, open the app, and start picking and packing.

fully automated the rest 10% that was possible. labels + pick list was sent to ops around 1030-1045, will be sent by 930 now. Order processing capacity↗️↗️ and reduced need to hire one person in support next month. my claude bill for next 2 months is taken care of

Has anyone been able to ship shiprocket orders through claude? I have built an api connection for fetching shipping charges but cant ship order ids I want

@RohanPaliwal7 you're doing it wrong, when i got my $200 max plan, even I was doing the same, but after sometime I got to know, it's useless making things that have no long/direct impact on our business, if we're making anything that we'll not be doing maintenance of, then it's just dopamine.

@feminismwizard Writing good prompts is creative thinking. The models are better than individual brains, it is on us how we extract the best from them.

@RohanPaliwal7 so am using the same although it helps us to pace up our onboarding & delivery rate but on the same side due to this we're more dependent towards this & in the long run it will downgrade our creative thinking don't u think so ?

@madnish30 Yes fully through claude code. Working v decently. Opus “thinks” much better than sonnet. When i was on the $20 plan and was hitting session limits, I switched to codex which also worked fine.

spent the last 8 days automating as many tasks with Claude as possible. we are at 13 skills and adding a new one every day. Meta ads + creative quality reports for our creative strategists, creator performance for our influencer marketer, order item (including personalization details) exports for support and profit tracking for me are just a few of what we've already automated. oh also making new landing pages now. all with the $20 plan. yes hitting session limits often. easily saving in lakhs in this financial year.
