Talks had been ongoing for a couple weeks. Tottenham are expected to contact Brentford officially Monday morning and meet the £9m compensation for Thomas Frank. It seems Frank is the best available candidate that Fabio & Johan can produce quickly under the £8m per year budget, both have been instrumental in the manager search!

@ROTS1882 @simoncgray Whatever I think of Levy and his management of the club, I can’t see the Lewis trust over-ruling him. He’s given them a pretty mad return on their investment. But who knows, I certainly don’t know the details of how the trust is managed.

Don’t underestimate the size of this change at Tottenham. Massive. The new CEO now has a clear run across the club, no blockers, no old guard, what an opportunity. As someone who worked in business transformation I can’t say I’m not envious, what an amazing opportunity he has. It’s a dream role with so much scope for fresh ideas, for change, improvement, and a total shake up of the culture. The upsides are endless.
