This guy just rips into this officer. 😳 Anyone that ever had a bad day only to be iced off by getting pulled over? That seems to be where this guy is right here. He says just about everything that someone wants to say on a day like that, but usually we do not. He also brings up an interesting debate.. The law says he must present his ID and technically he is presenting it. Does that mean he needed to hand it to the officer or was he legal in what he did?
