Yesterday was our 5th Wedding anniversary… in that time we have moved twice, had 5 job moves, travelled to 7 countries… and been blessed with our first grandchild ❤️

In 2019, the @Conservatives promised to open 20 Institutes of Technology. We've gone further with 21 open by September! It was fantastic to visit @SouthCentralIOT with @iainastewart who has campaigned for this IOT to boost opportunities for young people in Milton Keynes South.

I’m looking to write an article on homelessness & smoking.
Smoking rates amongst homeless people is much higher than the general population & is recognised as one of the leading causes of health inequalities.

It’s the depth of shallowness in which narcissism masquerades as honesty, veracity and feminism. When really it’s about validation & consumerism -where image is King. Astonishing how people are committed to their lack of depth.
