There is no worse experience than having to lay down a @Ruggable rug. I so regret putting them in my ENTIRE house and they are not cheap.Sure they are washable but the process of pulling them up and putting back is a divorce-inducing process every tine. 0/10 do not recommend 🤬

@Ruggable the worst experience with your company trying to exchange two rugs - your site will only exchange one rug and I can’t exchange the other for some reason - your chat and customer service kept dropping. Email is a joke. Buyer beware.

@Ruggable Up to what size rug can be washed in standard washer? My apt provides washer/dryer and it is medium size.

@Ruggable I love your concept and happy to have padded carpet pad as option. Disappointed that is going away for rug/pad combo. Concerned it will not be as washable, and no longer a moisture barrier. Price is too high! Ruggable is losing competitiveness w/other rug retailers.
