@pablo_lopezgil Me lo han aclarado en la Agencia Tributaria. Como el contrato sigue en vigor y solo se cambia la numeración a la sucursal en España, y el Banco de España tiene toda la información de la cuenta, no se considera como una cancelación de la cuenta alemana y no procede el 720.

Si 2026 también termina siendo un año débil en beneficios, conviene intentar normalizar el BPA para entender mejor el potencial real del negocio. Es decir, pensar en un escenario más representativo del ciclo. Por ejemplo, si la empresa vuelve a generar 50.000 millones de ingresos y recupera un margen neto normalizado del 9-10% (niveles que ya ha alcanzado en el pasado), el beneficio neto podría situarse alrededor de 5.000 millones. Si dividimos ese beneficio entre el número actual de acciones en circulación (5.000 / 1.479), obtenemos un BPA aproximado de 3,38 $ por acción. Con ese BPA normalizado, el PER ya no estaría por encima de 30, sino más cerca de 18, lo que cambia bastante la lectura de la valoración cuando se analiza la empresa con beneficios más cercanos a su capacidad estructural. 🍀
