The Dutch Vehicle Authority (RDW) has now issued a clear, official reaction. Don't get your hopes up too high. Europe can be very, very slow at times, especially when it comes to regulations, paperwork, and so on. It’s better to expect less and be happy if things go faster than to be disappointed if they take longer.
