I do not support increasing teacher pay. The reality is that public school teachers work 2/3rds of the year, receive better benefits than nearly everyone, and work less.
It’s worth noting that private school teachers almost universally are paid less than public school teachers, yet have universally better results from students.
It’s not about pay. It’s about culture. And the culture that public schools inculcate is not beneficial for society.

All in the name of an obvious issue, low salaries. It’s smoke and mirrors, folks. The number of administrators has grown 20 times larger than the number of students. Admissions are declining. Literacy is declining. The real answer if you actually care about teachers… Mass deportations and firing of bloated administrations.

🚨North Carolina GOP: Time to Wake Up and Fight.🚨
If the legislators who control school funding actually pulled it from districts allowing protests to shut down education, this chaos would end tomorrow. But they won’t. Republicans aren’t fighting hard enough.
Protesting is one thing. Shutting down schools for political theater is unacceptable.
I’ve been a teacher for years. Our students are failing—many are functionally illiterate—yet too many teachers prioritize activism over actual education. This is a betrayal of our kids.
If this happened in Florida, the Department of Education and legislators there wouldn’t tolerate it for a second. Why is North Carolina rolling over?
Parents and taxpayers deserve better. Fund education, not disruption. End the excuses. Put students first.

Top personalities left and right often get paid 5 figures sometimes upwards of 6 figures in order to promote political positions or politicians
We have never done that and any claim otherwise is a lie
