sheltering kids from the world is not a good thing. Also, It’s funny how all my childhood friends and classmates who had strict parents, ones who didnt allow them to curse, go outside after a certain time, stay up past bedtime, watch certain movies, or listen to certain music.. once they got to high school and college they ended up rebelling hard. Literally every single one of them got into drugs, drinking, racked up arrests or tickets, getting into fights, or went wild at clubs and parties. Meanwhile, my parents let me do just about anything I wanted… and I never in my life tried drugs, never got arrested, never been in a fight, never even got a speeding ticket. I dont smoke, dont drink, and I’ve never been to the club.
