Excited to introduce the biggest Sports Performance staff in Simpson history. We have grown from 4 total UGA’s/interns in 2021 to 26 in 2026 (1 not pictured). Excited to get to work with this staff!

3 main 🔑 that we use when utilizing GPS data:
1) Be data-influenced not data-driven
2) Make it simple/pragmatic for coaches
3) Plan and adjust accordingly
At the end of each week/season we want to answer the ?: “How much did we do?”
@titansensor allowed us to do just that

Power = Force * Velocity
Force = Mass * Acceleration
On CMJ you can get acceleration and velocity. You know their mass.
Therefore, CMJ can measure power.
