@SHisislipper @hatsu3425 @chadeofspades My guess is that he argued with someone who is really new to power scaling (REALLY new) and doesn't know how feats work, and now he's judging all power scalers based on that.
It's also possible he is just making up an argument in his head that no one made, but I won't accuse.
