@MaskedAxolotl_ Which isn't the fastest adaptation rate ever but it's far better than the ~5-10 pages per ep that it used to be on so it's improved significantly, especially when its this close to the manga

@MaskedAxolotl_ The pacing issue is also demonstrably overblown it can certainly be very bad in specific scenes or moments but this is not a constant and if you actually look at the actual adaptation rate as a whole of current op it's adapting ~1 chapter and some change per ep

Mind you the scene they are referring to was 3 entire pages in the manga and 2 minutes in the anime so I'm really not sure what the complaint is here because is this not just a standard adaptation rate with really incredible animation?

@NegativeSymptom An adaptation being 1 to 1 with the manga just doesn’t really allow for any creative liberties that may better suit the medium of animation Examples being Goku’s SSJ transformation and Gohan’s SSJ2 transformation
