The Foundation has been working diligently to provide a fulsome response to DAXA. The Foundation continues to be committed to transparency, integrity and providing support to the Boundless ecosystem and the community. The Foundation provided a response to DAXA and will continue to work collaboratively with them. As always, the Foundation will continue to provide updates to the community as soon as possible. Below are responses to some of the questions and comments the community raised or may have related to the October 2, 2025 notice. Thank you for your continued support and commitment to Boundless . Looking forward to continuing the laser focus on transparency, integrity and building. Did the team respond to Upbit in a timely manner? The Foundation has been in constant communication with Upbit before and after TGE. As with all ecosystem partners, the Foundation takes transparency seriously and will continue to work in good faith to ensure any questions are answered. What is Upbit’s concern? Upbit’s questions related to the project’s tokenomics and circulating token supply plan. As part of the review process, on October 2, 2025 DAXA issued a notice related to the same. The Foundation has been working diligently to respond to both the Upbit and DAXA questions to ensure the matter can be resolved and ensure the Boundless community can continue to focus on building and sustainability. What are DAXA and Upbit? The Digital Asset Exchange Alliance (DAXA), founded in 2022, is a cryptocurrency consortium made up of five major local exchanges in South Korea: Bithumb, Coinone, Gopax, Korbit, and Upbit. DAXA works to standardize policies and support growth in South Korea’s crypto markets. Upbit is a major South Korean cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2017. Upbit is a founding member of DAXA. What, if anything, changed in the tokenomics? When the August 20, 2025 blog post was shared many details were still “to be determined.” For example: —The community token sale allocation was not yet known as the community token sale operated on the Kaito platform ran through September 6, 2025 and as such no calculations were finalized. —Unlock schedules for the strategic growth fund were not set until TGE. In fact the unlock period was extended from 1 year to 3 years. —Airdrop allocation depended on marketing budgets that were not yet finalized at that time. In advance of the TGE, token allocations were updated to reflect the above changes. The Foundation voluntarily reduced its total supply by increasing the number of tokens allocated in the token sale and by offering rewards for active ecosystem participants and partners. Importantly, there were no changes to team or investor allocations. The changes in allocation pre-TGE were also reflected on publicly available websites, including CoinMarket Cap and Coingecko. Specifically, the tokenomics changed in the following ways: —Community Token Sale: ~1.5% → ~6.85% (no changes to unlock schedule). —Airdrops: ~4.5% → ~6.63% (no changes to unlock schedule). —Strategic Growth Fund: No change to allocation, and unlock period was extended from 1 year to 3 years. —Ecosystem Fund: ~31% → ~23.52% (due to increased allocations for Community Token Sale and for Airdrops), with the unlock schedule modified to unlock a portion at TGE to cover immediate expenses such as service provider fees. The Foundation has and continues to be committed to transparency and ensuring the long term sustainability of Boundless. The Foundation will share updates in a timely manner and appreciate the community’s continued patience and support. Onward.
