@SWAVontheBEAT @JagexSupport Other than make sure your PC and email account(s) are secure, there's not a lot more you can do until you get the result of the appeal (which are taking about a week at the moment, max 28 days). You will get an email and a message to the Runescape account's message centre inbox.

@JagexSupport hey Jagex, my account was hiijacked and I received a ban from the other persons misconduct. I appealed it and was assured they would be able to tell if it was a hijacker or if it was me. I did not receive a fair trial on my ban appeal. No info was given to the mod

@SWAVontheBEAT @JagexSupport You can appeal a macroing ban via the Account Bans support page I linked. The ban appeal review is done just on information stored on the Runescape account, so you only need to provide the login name, display name and a contact email.

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport I’m sorry but how will the person reviewing my appeal understand that my account had been hijacked and someone else proceeded to acquire the ban? Not myself

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport I have now secured my account and pc. The ban is for macroing. Though I’ve never used a bot and am on mobile. Since the instance is somewhat uncommon and because their isn’t a box to input details into in the ban appeal. I figured I should reach out to you personally. Thank you
