Last week Weymouth had a quiz night at the Centenary Club on behalf of Changing Tides - raising money for their chosen charities, Samaritans and Care After Combat. A total of almost £1700 was raised! Well done to our Fundraising team and Sean for a fun and successful evening 🥳

For Mental Health Awareness Day last week, volunteers from Weymouth attended Coastland College (previously Weymouth College) for their wellbeing Fayre - chatting with staff and students about Samaritans and raising awareness of our service 💚 Thank you for looking after us! 🏫

Our street collection team were out in Bridport last week, raising just over £535 for our branch 💸 The volunteers had many meaningful conversations, speaking to people who had lost family through suicide and others that couldn't cope without our support 💚 Thank you to all 💚

A massive thank you to our Patrons, Tim and Hillary Warren @ChesilRocks for raising an incredible £6000 for our branch following their music festival in June this year!👏 🎶 We're all hugely grateful for their support and hard work over the last 12+ years 💚 Thank you 🙏🏻

Wonderful evening last night, a HUGE thank you to That Britpop Band for a fantastic performance and giving us the opportunity to fundraise. We raised an incredible £438.52 for our branch!💚 Great music, great turnout and great fun had by all! 🎶😁
