Quoted $2,677 for changes in Feb 2025, but paid $6,682 in May after an agent misquote and assurance of a post-travel refund (case 07008866). Refund denied despite evidence. @SAS They have been no help. I have provided my links to the air tags and still no one has even opened the link or looked at the air tags. It is not a matter of finding the bags it is a matter of shipping them.
