@Trip @SAS On hold with your bot support for 26+ minutes with no real help. Booking C45E8A cost ₹33,000 but website only shows ₹11,000 refund with ₹20,000 cancellation fee. Our main flight to Europe was cancelled due to war/airspace disruptions. This is unfair. Please escalate

@SAS The airline charged me twice for the same trip, first when I made the booking and then again a week later. It is impossible to contact them, as they only have chatbots and FAQs. No one is giving me an answer :(
