Just continuing to add insult to injury: @SAS told me the 5 PM departure from CPH to ARN was full, but it departed with 2 empty seats. So I continue to be stuck in CPH.
What a mess it is to fly @SAS. The worst customer service ever. As a frequent @Delta flier, it’s amazing to me that Delta associates with SAS, basically a budget airline. Lots of travel woes today, made worse by their unfriendly service & generally unkind behavior.

@SAS hello! Need urgent help. Our flight, on 10th July is abruptly cancelled delaying our entire vacation. We are a family of 4 and completely unsure of next steps. I don’t see any rebooking or rerouting information either. It’s from BOM-CPH-LHR.
With our crew suited up in Norwegian colors and the gate filled with cheers before departure, this flight brought the spirit all the way across the Atlantic. ✈️
