🚨WHAT IS LESUFI HIDING?🚨 Gauteng @MYANC Premier Panyaza Lesufi claims MECs have signed performance agreements but refuses to release them to the public. By law, these agreements must be published annually and made easily accessible. They must include targets, timelines, and regular progress updates. None of that has happened. No publication. No updates. No accountability. Instead, Gauteng residents are left in the dark while departments fail to deliver basic services and underperforming MECs face zero consequences. So the question is simple Is this about protecting incompetence Or shielding political allies to secure power Transparency isn’t optional. It’s a legal requirement. If Lesufi has nothing to hide, he should publish the agreements today. #Gauteng #Accountability #Transparency #Lesufi #SAPolitics

Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Ayanda Buthelezi, who was from Nongoma, left her workplace in Phoenix on Friday, 31 October 2025. She never arrived at the apartment she shared with her housemate, Ntokozo Mkhwanazi, in Pinetown. When Ayanda did not show up for work on Saturday and Sunday, her employers became worried. They called her family and told them that Ayanda didn't come to work for two days. They had tried calling her phone several times, but it was switched off. Ayanda’s family, based in Durban, immediately went to her workplace to find out more. A colleague told them that the last time she saw Ayanda, she was sitting in a taxi on her way home. The family then asked the colleague to go with them to Ayanda’s apartment. When they got there, they contacted Ntokozo, who said she was at work. Ntokozo also told them that Ayanda had never come home on Friday night. On Sunday morning, when the family called the colleague to find out if she had heard anything, the colleague informed them that she was at the police station with Ntokozo. The colleague mentioned that Ntokozo was wearing sunglasses and a weave that covered most of her face, saying she was "attacked by hijackers." At this time, Ayanda was still missing, so the colleague didn't suspect anything about Ntokozo's "hijacking" story. On Monday morning, Ntokozo contacted one of Ayanda’s family members and asked for Ayanda’s email address and iPhone ID. 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚. Deeply worried, Ayanda’s family started posting her photos on Facebook. They asked the public for any information about her whereabouts and urged people to contact them or the South African Police Service (SAPS). 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭’𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫. That same weekend, Ayanda and Ntokozo were planning to move out of their apartment on Saturday. A man (whose name has not been released) was supposed to move into the apartment after them. On Friday evening, the man went to the apartment to check it out before moving in the next day. When he arrived, the place was locked, and no one was home. He decided to wait outside and fell asleep on an old couch in the hallway. While he was sleeping, he was woken by footsteps during the night. He saw Ntokozo arriving. She looked pale and ashy, had scratches on her face, and her clothes were stained with blood. Ntokozo quickly went inside to take a shower. When she came out, she was holding ice cubes to her injuries. When the man asked where Ayanda was, Ntokozo said Ayanda had not come home. She claimed that she herself had been attacked by hijackers but managed to escape. 𝐀𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝. Later, someone who saw the missing person post on Facebook replied and said a woman’s body had been found in Mariannhill. Ayanda’s family went to the mortuary to identify the body. They sadly confirmed that it was Ayanda. The post-mortem showed that Ayanda had been stabbed. She had stab wounds to her head and temple. 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥. Ntokozo Mkhwanazi, Ayanda’s housemate, was arrested and charged with Ayanda’s murder. Ayanda Buthelezi was buried in her hometown of Nongoma (also known as KwaNongoma) on Saturday, 8 November 2025. We hope the perpetrator is still behind bars.💔

It is reported that a newborn baby girl was found abandoned in the bush near Musina, far north near the Zimbabwe border, hidden under grass and cardboard at a truck stop. Discovered by farm workers who saw a suspicious woman who then fled. The baby was taken to Musina Hospital, assessed as healthy, and the police are investigating with no trace of the mother.

UPDATE | 26 people - including the owners of the call centre - have been taken to the Durban North police station over alleged fraud. Those directly implicated will be charged and kept in custody. The group was operating out of a guesthouse on a long-term arrangement. It’s believed the employees were also living there. One of the cars in the driveway - which belongs to one of the call centre owners - is a BMW M8, valued at well over R3-million. He allegedly has in excess of R19-million in one of his bank accounts. The two Congolese men who tried to escape earlier say they had just come in for training today - but investigators are looking into it. @eNCA

BREAKING NEWS | Police are currently raiding a  property in Umhlanga, where an illegal call centre is allegedly being run.  It comes after an in-depth crime intelligence probe, spanning months. Members of the SAPS eThekwini District, Metro Police Special Operations Directorate, and SAPS TRT entered the property a short while ago.  They are accompanied by representatives from the banking sector.  It appears a telephonic scam was being used, where millions were siphoned out of various bank accounts.  Several people have already been arrested, including foreign nationals. Details on @eNCA #DStv403.

The suspects were allegedly behind various telephonic scams but the moneymaker was this one: Clients would receive a call from an individual who claims to represent their bank. They would be told their account is compromised and funds must be transferred immediately for safekeeping. It is meant to be returned later. The scammers would supply an account they have “rented” from someone else. Then, the client is guided through the transfer. All funds would allegedly end up with the owners of the “call centre.”
