✅ CLEARED: Disruption with the emergency services dealing with an incident earlier today at Dalmeny has now ended. Services are no longer affected by this problem.

ℹ️ UPDATE: Ticket Acceptance between Inverkeithing and Fife area and to Leven with Stagecoach East. Disruption to services may still be ongoing until our staff and trains are back in position.

@ScotRail my dad left his bag on the 1948 train from glasgow low level to larkhall i think he said. he and my brother got off at Blantyre and my dad realized just after the train departed. it is a black puma bag. contents where 2 power banks and a red towel. any help???

@ScotRail Any idea what’s going on with the 20.23 out of Queen Street to Falkirk and how long we can expect until it’s moving?

@telfer9 As the social media team we don't have comms with the train. The team on board may be in a different carriage to you right now.

@ScotRail There is no staff on the train to speak to. And the cold air is blowing from the overhead vent. How about someone tells the driver to just turn the heating on?

Hey @scotrail , your sticker says to tweet you with carriage issues. Juts letting you know the heating is busted on carriage 65103 of your 19:39 Glasgow Q St - Waverley service. Well I assume it’s busted cos the carriage is absolutely Baltic. 🥶

ℹ️Before getting off the train, take a few seconds to think about what you had with you, check your seat, under the table and the overhead rack.

On busy services, every seat counts. If you're in an aisle seat next to an empty window seat, please shimmy over if you can. This makes it easier for other passengers to sit down. Please also keep bags, pets and feet off the seats.

@calumthomson3_ Hi, I appreciate crowded trains aren't the most comfortable so I'm sorry you’re not enjoying your journey with us today. We do use every carriage we have available to us. ^Hayley

@ScotRail Consistently putting 3 and 4 carriage trains on one of the busiest services on a Saturday doesn’t really help matters either
