An amber warning for rain has been issued for parts of Angus, Perth and Kinross and Aberdeenshire until 6pm tonight. Heavy rain is likely to cause flooding and disruption in these areas. A yellow rain warning is also in place across parts of Scotland until 11.59pm on Friday.
