CASA has filed another BAR COMPLAINT - this time against D.C. Bar official Hamilton Fox for potentially selectively initiating disciplinary action against DOJ attorney Ed Martin. The complaint cites Fox’s history of Democrat political donations and argues the action was taken in response to Martin carrying out official duties tied to Trump administration policy. New information shows Smith allegedly DEFIED a federal court order and continued operating after a judge ruled his appointment UNLAWFUL, conduct the court itself described as “BRAZEN.” If these violations are confirmed, the New York Bar must pursue disbarment.

Mikie Sherrill for using official state resources to create a portal urging residents to film ICE operations, upload videos, and alert others - potentially OBSTRUCTING federal enforcement and endangering officers.
