Jerry L. Stark, 34, is accused of biting an infant on the face during a chaotic incident in Memphis. Police say he ran through multiple locations with the child while claiming his family was trying to kill him before ending up inside a restaurant. Witnesses say he laid on the kitchen floor holding the infant in distress as bystanders stepped in. Stark was taken into custody and is being held without bond.
