@kiityc @SiobhanKirk15 @BelfastTrust @publichealthni @HSC_NI Such significant inequalities! reality is that a robot is not needed for the basics but the basics is not all that is needed and sadly we will not retain/recruit good surgeons for both the basic and advanced part of service without equipment readily available in rest of UK!

Such a shame this is still not an option for women in NI requiring major gynae surgery on NHS.Currently only men can benefit from urological robotic procedures @BelfastTrust .Other specialties need access to robots too!@healthdpt @publichealthni @HSC_NI

Weight loss injections can reduce effectiveness of contraceptive pills and affect oral HRT absorption causing bleeding problems etc. Coil,implant,injectable,non oral HRT preferable.
