Mike Jackson was second-in-command of the first battalion of the Parachute Regiment on Bloody Sunday in Derry on Jan 30, 1972 14 people, (six of whom were 17 year old boys) were murdered that day by the paras, and Mike Jackson did everything in his power to cover it up he was also second-in-command of the first battalion of the Parachute Regiment between 9 and 11 August 1971 when the British Army murdered 11 innocent people in Ballymurphy, West Belfast hope he's burning in hell

It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the death of General Sir Mike Jackson GCB, CBE, DSO, on 15 October surrounded by his family. General ‘Jacko’ served with distinction for over 40 years, finishing his career as Chief of the General Staff. He will be greatly missed, and long remembered. Utrinque Paratus.
