RM500k houses also use cement sand bricks nowadays. That absorbs heat very fast.

@Shecat17 @iqbaldasrilx None. Because developers consider red/clay bricks as one of the main building elements that can be replaced with cement sand bricks to reduce construction cost & maximise profit. It's not really expensive if built as a single wall, but it is when it's a double wall.
