All fair points, a world we would ALL love for OSU to live in. Either produce to the level we all want for OSU, or find someone else who will. That's great, until you can't explain the execution piece of that positioning. And, to parlay off of that thought, my suggestion would be that OSU fans need to put their money where their mouths are. And support the programs, through financial means and attendance, at a level that would support these types of bottom lines. Ones ALL of us would like to have. But, OSU fans are getting the "bang for their buck" they're putting into it, and in baseball, TBH, by quite a bit. You can disagree with that all you want, but that's not an opinion, it's math. That's where folks who always have such criticism and such bottom-line stances lose impact with others who know enough behind the curtains. #gopokes #okstate

Let me ask you, do you think the residents of the second poorest state in the union are tithing $20 a month to LSU's baseball program? We have the best facilities in the Nation. He has absolutely not outperformed his resources. We haven't made it out of the regional since 2019. What other resources does he need? Harry Potter wave his wand and we spawned the best facilities in college baseball? We pay for it with hopes and dreams? He need the Steinbrenner's to step in so we have Yankee level funding? Why don't you tell me what he's missing

After they ran Shrum out in the middle of the same kind of money-handling controversy, you’d think transparency would be priority #1. Guess not. And here’s the perfect cover: “We can’t show the ledger because NIL payments are sensitive.” Convenient — because it also keeps everyone from seeing whether donor money is being redirected. This is simple: publish the accounting without names. NIL in. Athlete payments out. Fees. Transfers. Monthly totals. If it’s clean, it's easy to prove it. @OKSTProbs You mean Gundy’s salary? Jokes aside, we are competitive in revenue share thanks to budget cuts of Weiberg across every dept. And it’s slightly misleading to post the total of a 2 year deal, not the yearly amount.

@_OrangeVZN_ That’s literally what we said after last season. Getting kids isn’t the trick, it’s finding diamonds. We will see if this staff is better at that, they have my hopes.

The transfer portal allows Oklahoma State to get back to relevance a lot faster than the pre NIL era. We’re seeing what the right staff and support can do in Indiana and other programs around the country. So excited for what the new year has in store, especially this Friday! 🤠

@dynasty_defined Forget the numbers… The key takeaway for any potential recruits, donors, whoever, OSU is committed to winning on the mat and going to make sure DT has the resources to compete. Giving Tuesday is the perfect time to consider a Wrestling donation.

I read through the lawsuit in which alleged NIL payouts for two current OSU wrestlers were listed. It's based on information "as understood" by Sebastian Rivera. So there's no basis in fact on what was or was not paid to any OSU wrestler to transfer to OSU. So, again, be careful where you get your Oklahoma State wrestling information. There are agendas out there that do not serve the best interest of the program or the athletes.

If #OKstate goes 0-9 in Big 12 play, they will join KU (2011-12) & Baylor (1999-2001) as the only teams to go winless in consecutive Big 12 seasons. OSU needs a historic rebuild. USF won 4 games in 3 years before Alex Golesh, who won 7 games first 2 years with 2 Bowl wins.

We want to take a moment to celebrate our very own Chelsi Davis. Two months ago, she was notified that she was a bone marrow match for a patient in the United States fighting Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Chelsi has been on the NMDP (formerly Be The Match) registry since 2017, when she signed up in memory of her grandmother, who passed away from leukemia in her 40s. Her grandmother wasn’t able to find a matching donor, so when Chelsi learned she could help someone else, she didn’t hesitate for a second. Last week, she flew to Houston, where she donated stem cells from her blood over the course of two straight days. Those stem cells were immediately shipped to the patient’s hospital, where they’re now providing life-giving support in that patient’s fight against cancer. Chelsi didn’t do any of this for praise or attention. In fact, the only reason she’s allowing us to share her story is the hope that it might encourage someone else to join the registry.
