He is accused of emptying an AR-15 rifle on a public DC street. Prosecutors say they have 3 videos showing him doing it. A judge ruled he didn't pose a danger to the community and sent him home with a GPS monitor before trial. @wusa9 wusa9.com/article/news/c…
