The sweetest part of growth is having people to share it with.

@tomisin_ms You need to do this with trusted people you’ve known for years. Even at that, a legal agreement is important. That’s 2FA.

Picture this… Ajo but with houses 😭
You and your friends pool money together and buy a rundown property in cash. You renovate it, convert it into an HMO, and put it on rent so it starts generating income.
Then you refinance (mortgage it), pull out the equity, and use that money as a deposit to acquire another property…this time in one person’s name. Same process: renovate, rent it out, then refinance again.
You rotate it round the group, one person at a time, using each completed project to fund the next. It might take a few years, but at the end, everyone has a house in their own name, and you all still retain a shared stake in the first property.
Will you get involved in such a deal?
Is it worth it?

You keep telling yourself “this is the last improvement and I’ll call it a day.” By the time you realize, it’s daybreak.

Vibe coding is more addictive than any video game ever made (if you know what you want to build).

@aproko_doctor Having people who actually trust you is enough to build on

I quit my job and content sustained me for six months.
I had no salary. No backup plan. Just the brand I had been building and the trust I had earned from my audience.
People think you need millions of followers before content pays. You don’t. You just need the right audience, the right positioning, and the right strategy.
Those six months taught me something important: your brand and content are assets. They work for you even when you’re not working.
Eventually, bigger brand deals came. More opportunities opened. But that initial period proved the model, if you build a brand people trust, the money follows.
But don't get me wrong, I’m not saying you should quit your job tomorrow.
The thing is, the skills to make content work for you are learnable, and many times, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
That’s what we’ve built The Aproko Doctor Academy for.
For five days of live sessions, we teach you storytelling, positioning, monetization, and how to turn your expertise into a brand that actually pays.
Cohort 3 starts May 25th. Early bird is N50,000, and afterwards, N70,000.

@MellyWeb3_ The job posting reads like a full engineering department. ₦150k for one person who supposedly knows six different stacks? Come on.

@aproko_doctor Extreme cold is still better. I've never dealt with extreme heat, but even the little I've experienced was enough to know I wouldn't survive it.
