Not quite pal …
You’re convinced of something.
But, it’s not true and correct.
“Final order of removal? That means they’ve already had due process—it’s not a surprise raid. What happens first:
• ICE issues a Notice to Appear (NTA)—charges them, sets hearing date.
• Immigration judge hearing: they show up, present evidence, call witnesses, cross-examine DHS. Can hire a lawyer (or get pro bono).
• If they lose, appeal to Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)—months of review.
• Then federal circuit court if needed—another layer.
• Detained? Bond hearing for release. Credible fear claim? They raise it. Voluntary departure? Offered.
All before the order becomes ‘final.’ Supreme Court (INS v. Lopez-Mendoza, 1984) calls it ‘fundamentally fair’—civil, not criminal, so no jury, but notice + defense + appeals = real process.
Citizens don’t face removal, so no equivalent.
But for illegals who’ve served time, got released, then face deportation? Same steps apply—no shortcuts. Deport them? Absolutely. But legally, with checks.
Saying ‘no due process’ ignores every court step they’ve already gone through. Read the regs—it’s not a black box.”

@SlipNot73 @TheJFreakinC As soon as people stopped getting their due process and are being literally captured and transported to concentration facilities while they are in the middle of the hearing process just so the agents can hit their quotas I'm calling it trafficking. Cry more

🚨BREAKING: ICE trafficked a high school student for 10 months.
Dylan López Contreras, a student at Ellis Prep Academy in the Bronx, a public school exclusively for students who recently arrived in the U.S., was trafficked by ICE after attending a routine immigration court hearing.
He hadn’t committed a crime, posed no threat, and was following the law. Yet, ICE locked him up anyway.
He was only released because advocates, lawyers, and lawmakers refused to stay silent. Without that pressure, ICE would have continued to traffic him, profiting off his incarceration, while his life and education were stolen.
And, as no surprise, Dylan’s constitutional rights were violated… due process was denied, access to judicial review restricted, and his asylum claim mishandled… all so he could help fill beds.
Dylan is free now, which is a relief. But his release doesn’t erase the stolen months, the trauma inflicted, or the countless others trapped by the same system.
Every community deserves leaders and institutions that protect human rights… not leaders who line the pockets of donors.
Because ICE isn’t separating families, or detaining students, out of necessity… they are doing it for profit.

WOW 🚨 I just fact checked this and it’s true
“California has 40 million people in it. Of those 40 million people, 17.5 million pay taxes, less than half”
This is why California is Blue
California has become a welfare state. This is why the people who do pay taxes in California pay some of the highest taxes in the nation
The 200 billionaires in California’s pay $3-6 billion per year in taxes
English

Let’s unpack this because it’s gaslighting…
First, saying “trafficked” is hyperbolic? Dylan was taken from his school, moved across state lines, locked in a cage for 10 months, and cut off from family and education. Legal technicalities don’t erase the fact that this is state abuse and exploitation. Call it lawful all you want… it’s still kidnapping a student for administrative convenience, and the government profits from keeping people locked up.
Second, the reason he got locked up wasn’t because he was a threat, it was because he was a convenient body to fill a detention bed. “Following the law” shouldn’t mean your life and education get stolen for ten months.
Third, the idea that ICE is just enforcing policy and not profiting? Wake up. Private detention centers get paid every day people are held. That’s how the system works. You can’t separate the “enforcement” from the financial incentive to detain vulnerable people. This isn’t abstract activism… it’s the structure of the detention-industrial complex.
And these students, these young people, would never have been detained before this administration. Locking up high schoolers, and recent arrivals is a new, cruel policy… not some neutral enforcement of law.
Finally, due process wasn’t respected in any meaningful sense. Multiple hearings and appeals don’t make ten months of solitary, locked confinement with no access to family and education, okay. Legal process isn’t the same as justice.
This isn’t about law, or policy. It’s about human lives being used as currency, and anyone defending it as “standard procedure” is ignoring the human cost.

Actual conditions at Moshannon Valley ICE Center (PA), per Dylan’s own Guardian essay (written from inside):
Dormitory pods with ~60 others — bunk beds, shared open space.
NOT a literal cage or solitary.
“Uncomfortable, stressful and monotonous.”
Noisy (hard to sleep), terrible food (missed mom’s cooking), headcounts, petty arguments. He coped with Sudoku, board games (Uno, Monopoly), reading — and hundreds of letters from classmates that “kept him going.”
Phone confiscated (biggest complaint: cut off from friends/relationships), but communal phones available daily. Attorneys accessible. School interrupted.
He was in general population. (Facility criticized for solitary overuse on others, not him.)
Real hardships — freedom lost, family separation, depression. But “10 months locked in a cage/solitary with no contact” is hyperbolic exaggeration vs. his own words.
He’s home now (released March 18).
Read his essay for the straight story.
English

core claim—“locked up in a cage for 10 months”—is hyperbolic activist rhetoric, not a literal or accurate description of conditions. Dylan himself described his experience in a firsthand essay written from the facility (published in The Guardian on March 1, 2026) and in a September 2025 Chalkbeat interview (via written responses through his attorneys). No credible reporting or his own accounts support “solitary” confinement or animal-like caging for him specifically.

Sight
Eyes roll 🙄
Human trafficking involves coercion, exploitation, and profit from forced labor/sex. ICE detention is lawful administrative custody under U.S. immigration law while removal proceedings happen. It is not kidnapping or trafficking. Calling it that is deliberate hyperbolic rhetoric.
Whereas the Biden administration actively promoted the movement of minors into the United States and deliver them to questionable locations and homes for what purpose? In that case, the administration just allow traffickers to distribute children into the interior of the United States of America America.
Do you have any comments about this?

@LarryOConnor @adamcarolla the BIGGEST question is how does a local representative NOT know about the concentrated wealth of their constituents in one industry, in one building complex?
Sick and tired of listening to Congress people discussing international affairs. Not one word about their local constituents.
Not one word in favor of protecting a little man in reality.

🚨 Here is the full 40 minutes of my crew and I exposing California fraud, Minnesota was big but California is even bigger... We uncovered over $170,000,000 in fraud as these fraudsters live in luxury with no consequences. Like it and share it, the fraud must STOP.
We ALL work way too hard and pay too much in taxes for this to be happening. These fraudsters have been able to defraud American taxpayers for years without any pushback from the public and politicians.
It is time to EXPOSE IT ALL and end America's fraud crisis.
