Support for the human rights of the people of Ukraine is a top priority.
Addressing the @COECongress, I called for a human rights-based approach to reconstruction and recovery, in the face of Russia’s aggression, focused on:
✅ Participation
✅ Accountability
✅ Equality
✅ Empowerment
✅ Legality
We don't just plan for the end of hostilities, we plan for a future rooted in dignity. Our goal is to ‘build back better’ – and that can be achieved if we put the humanity and dignity of every person in Ukraine at the very centre of our efforts.
