My sister and my brother-in-law have both been asked by their companies to make agents for their jobs. One is public and the other is private. They are integrating these Claude agents only and making them do courses and learning claude code, everyday she is like I have to ask this access that permission. In anycase this is definitely soemthing being adapted in companies right now also in mags what I learnt from my friends who are there. I am worried their jobs will be gone once they automate their own work 😭. This is the part I feel companies tell you later; first they make you feel happy about all this. I did not tell this to her or she will be crushed.

@PSInvestor Nailed it. AI isn’t just outright taking jobs, it is creating skill gaps that companies need to fill. Plenty of ways to take advantage of this new tech

People talk about AI taking jobs. Here's an idea: Learn this, become a consultant to companies, teach them—meaning show them how they can become efficient using AI and develop skill agents for the company—and rinse and repeat. No degree or college needed—just make good money, invest, and chill out. Start a company, hire under you to do that, let it grow, or just do it yourself. Someone pick this idea and implement it. Hell, I want to know. My sister is learning to make agents and I'll learn from her 🙈. Just saying, this is a good short-term business.

@CarlosEng1234 I agre, there is most definitely overhype in the agentic space right now. But as more and more compute comes online the agents will only get better. Nonetheless it will take a few more years at least

@SmallCapSnipa Everyone knows llms are never going to be agi and no autonomous agent achieves anything meaningful, also they have 30% catastrophic failures that they somehow marketed as “hallucinations” I’m curious how long can they ride the hype before reality comes in.

I call this the AI Quid Pro Quo mindset or the largest Ponzi Scheme Venn Diagram known to mankind. 1) Everyone buys chips from $NVDA 2) NVDA invests 100 Billion in Open AI, Nscale, Intel, Corweave, and Nebius 3) NVDA provides Venture Capital to customers Mistral, Figure AI, XAI who in turn Buy NVDA chips 4) MSFT invests in Open AI which in turn invests in AMD to secure secondary chip market and AMD gives them the option to buy 10% or 160 million shares of the company 5) MSFT invests in CRWV who in turn uses the money to buy chips from NVDA 6) MSFT streamlines its investments to include Open AI, NVDA and CRWV 7) Open AI signs 300 Billion Dollar Cloud deal with ORCL which then spends Billions more in NVDA 8) Conclusion NVDA spends billions to invest in customers to then receive billions in orders in return
