@fandompulse The moment the world found out Disney bought Star Wars, every fan decided they hated the film's.They were not willing to try enjoy the films and Disney was never going to reach the same Nostalgia levels as the original trilogy or the prequels. The film's are well above average.

@CuriosityonX Western values. Many of the worst polluters dump their garbage directly in to river systems that carry it to the ocean. Time for Westerners to recognize who does what.

This is incredible. This machine is capable of cleaning up 100 million kg of plastic ocean waste, and as of 2025, it has already collected about 500,000 kg of plastic. It aims to remove 90% of ocean plastic by 2040.

Every year about ~11–23 million tonnes of plastic is dumped into the ocean (the equivalent of roughly one or two full garbage trucks dumped into the ocean EVERY minute). There’s roughly 100 million cars worth of weight in plastic in the ocean today. Can cleaning outpace dumping?
