I seem to bump into Crissy Froyd every year at the Senior Bowl. She doesn’t know who I am, but, and this is hard to explain, she always makes it known who she is. In 2024, I was grabbing guys for a couple of friends that do interviews. I don’t like doing interviews, so rather than standing around on media day, I’ll grab guys that they want to interview. In 24, we got Spencer Rattler. Right before we hit record on the video, Crissy walks up to let Spencer know that she’s next. She’s in the shot, but doesn’t care. She eventually takes a few steps to the side, but she was practically there for the whole interview. In 2025, I sat behind her in the press box for the game. During the National Anthem, she was using the camera on her phone to zoom in on players for pics. I never saw her write an article, but she did shop for most of the game. It’s well-known that you have to get to the press box early if you want a seat. She always has an assigned seat. Others, that don’t get there early, are forced to stand in the rear of the room. I can’t speak to some of the stuff that she’s talked about/been accused of. I can just talk about the way that I’ve seen her treat others when the spotlight isn’t on her. That’s the Crissy Froyd I know. Now please don’t fire me, boss

Nobody is required to love your dog. I know I sound like a prick. But stop bringing them in stores. Just last Friday, I stopped in a store and a guy in checkout has his dog and it jumps on me as I walk past them. “Oh he just loves people” they say obliviously. So? I’m having to go to customers and the dog got dirt streaks on the thigh of my pants. And spare me the “if you don’t like it, don’t go in the store” bullshit. If you can’t make it through a store without your dog, it’s not me with the issues. I had a dog. It was a great dog. Best part of our family at times. But I expect NOBODY to have to deal with my occasionally over-excited dog, especially in a public place. I’d never have even thought of bringing a dog (I’ve seen it twice now) in a restaurant. Hell, if a person came over my house who was uncomfortable with it acting up, I’d take him in the other room. And for those with actual service pets? You really should speak up, because the people who don’t have well trained dogs are going to lose you that privilege. *end rant

Clean is always best. Tattoos are low class. You can dress up how ever you want and look good with tattoos but you will never look classy. Aristocrats have no tattoos. It's normally rich celebrities, athletes or rebelious children of wealthy parents. Also, tattoos do attract women (and men) but they attract the wrong kinds of women. They hardly attract intelligent and elegant women from good homes. They attract whores with daddy issues. Many things that one needs to be aware of before they permanently alter their appearance.

The no-tattoo look is lowkey class all on its own… clean, timeless, and effortlessly attractive.

Maybe we should all consider this - what if they were only just friends? What if there was no affair? What is their actions were all above board. And that's very possible. And if they did nothing wrong, our pathetic "Cancel Culture" screwed up her life, while Vrabel is fine.
