@KyleTheige Why do we expect all growth out of players/coaches to be linear? He's had success at a level that really isn't a thing with first time head coaches (especially when not starting with super teams). Why can't we let the head coach get better at his job through adversity?

Hey @KyleTheige, love the pod. Do people not stop to realize how amazing Finch's results have been so far? Try googling first time nba head coaches that made the playoffs four out of their first five seasons and two conference finals. Interesting results to say the least...

@KyleTheige Why do we demand that growth be linear? Do coaches not get time to learn and get better? I mean they were getting laughed at for "two bigs" with Gobert and they made them all eat shit. He had some weird comps thrown at him and said "fuck it" and did his best to make it work.

@theloganmeyer @pryor_notices @TWolvesLead I think Rudy raises the defensive floor enough to forgive his offensive shortcomings. Julius, if not playing like a distributor like started too at the end of last year lowers the ceiling and floor. He simy cannot be the #2 guy on a championship team. I think Jaden can be.

@H1MxSLIM Do you really think Finch didn't want to give him minutes? He was hurt and when he did play, he didn't do any of the things he showed in SL and what they wanted from him. Most likely a symptom of the injury, but you dorks thinking Finch is sabotaging guys is so dumb.
