Been hitting the buy button on $KEEL all day. Won’t be surprised if we rally back to $6 next week. Some large buys came in today. We’ve been here before and we didn’t have the ceo saying 3 contracts coming. If Bitfarms has taught me anything the last 2 years it’s to always have cash on the sideline to stack when we dip! I don’t want $KEEL signing 15-year deals. Sign 8–10 year agreements with built in escalators to keep up with the rising value of power throughout the contract duration. Power is becoming more valuable every year as AI demand accelerates, and locking in too much long term capacity today could limit future upside.

$AMZN CEO: “There is a power shortage in the US and the world.” For new data centers, the most optimistic grid connection wait time is 3 years as power transformer lead times stretch to 12-24 months. So, most of the developers and hyperscalers are resorting to natural gas as it’s the fastest option. But even then, permitting is still an issue and risks delays and cancellations as is the case for $NBIS New Jersey data center. Power is now a bigger bottleneck for scaling AI than it’s ever been.
