Looking for 3 things on the $KEEL earnings call August 10th: 1. All 3 sites still on track for signed leases by EOY. 2. Predicted capex is not increasing aggressively. 3. Lease economics continue to improve.

My personal take: I’d rather have one 1.3 GW site than a bunch of smaller ones scattered across different jurisdictions. Dealing with a single city/state is cleaner than fighting multiple sets of roadblocks, politics, and timelines. We’re already familiar with the Pennsylvania process; that familiarity is an edge, not a risk.

Question. Do you guys care that more than half of the $KEEL 2.2 GW pipeline is a based on the execution of one site? If Scrubgrass doesn’t turn out to be a success, where will $KEEL stand?

I’ve been playing with some numbers and found that $KEEL hitting 2GW signed = $2 Billion annual profit potential based on the WULF/Anthropic deal math. 🤷🏼‍♂️🚀📈
