I like earnestly wonder what happened in the past few years to get people to become so tech illiterate. Like, this sort of stuff has always existed obviously, but it feels like you see WAYYY more of it nowadays than you used to. Hell I knew how to pirate shit at the age of 10

But also, there are people who engage with pirated works, become fans, and support the next official release. That’s what I myself did.
